Planning
Asheil's Design and Planning service aims to get the project Right from the Start and mitigate against supply chain risk.
Working directly with the client, Asheil's expert team undertakes a complete review of the project’s vision and desired result. We conduct feasibility testing based on a broad and deep understanding of available technologies, products in market and target budget. Finally, we provide recommendations to address any gaps or weaknesses in the plan to ensure that the project is properly and comprehensively scoped.
Value Management and Buildability
Value Management and Buildability focuses on identifying the right products, including both back-end technology and front-facing lighting products, to meet the client’s vision and budget.
Products are identified from both in-market capabilities and international supply to provide the optimum mix of availability, reliability, technical capability and installation life cycle to meet the customer’s needs.
Procurement Oversight
Where the project requires components that cannot be manufactured at Asheil's facilities in Riyadh, we support the procurement team with development of tender documents and identification of pre-approved suppliers. We evaluate tender submissions and make a transparent recommendation to the client.
Asheil’s recommendations are based on a point-by-point comparison of the supplier’s tender against the project specifications developed at the design and planning stage, a review of the supplier’s capabilities and track record, and an assessment of the service and warranty commitment presented by the client.
